How to print a page from this website

Please navigate to the page you want to print and use the print command of your browser. Configuring the printing options may be necessary.

In order to have a printout closely ressembling the screen display:

First set the print mode of your browser to include background color and images (otherwise, parts of the page won't be printed appropriately).
Print mode selection:
Internet Explorer
   IE7: Go to "Tool (O)" tab → "Internet Options (O)" → "Advanced" tab
  ⇒ Scroll to the bottom of the list and check the box "Print background colors and images" under "Print" options.
   IE8: Go to "Tool (O)" tab → "Internet Options (O)" → "Advanced" tab
  ⇒ Scroll to the bottom of the list and check the box "Print background colors and images" under "Print" options.
Also, go to "File (F)" tab → "Page Setup (U)" ⇒ check the box "Print background colors and images".
   IE4: Go to "File (F)" tab → "Page Setup (U)" → check the "Print background colors and images" box.
  ⇒ Scroll to the bottom of the list and check the box "Print background colors and images" under "Print" options.
Mozilla Firefox
Go to "File (F)" tab → "Page Setup (U)" → "Options"
  ⇒ Check the box "Print background colors and background image".

Changing print settings and fonts of your browser.

   If you want to change other printing styles, please refer to your browser documentation.
To change Headers, footers, paper size, margins, etc:
Internet Explorer: "File (F)" tab → "Page Setup (U)"
Mozilla Firefox: "File (F)" tab → "Page Setup (U)"
Safari: "File (F)" tab → "Page Setup (G)"
Changing the font size:
Internet Explorer
   IE8: "Page (P)" tab → "Text Size (X)"
   IE4: "View (V)" tab → "Text Size (X)"
Mozilla Firefox
   Firefox 4: "View (V)" tab → "Text Size (Z)"
   Firefox 5: "View (V)" tab → "Zoom (Z)"→ "Change Text Size only (T)" checked on. → "Expansion (I) reduced / (O)"
Google Chrome
the top right of "Set Google Chrome" icon → "Settings" → "Show advanced settings" → "Web Content" → "font size"
Safari
"display (V)" tab → "Increase font size (M) Decrease font size / (K)"

Print Preview

You can use the print preview in your browser to check the print options. It should look like the image below.
